Maryan has over 25 years’ experience in customer insight, marketing strategy and proposition development predominately in global insurance and financial services for RBS, GE, Alico, AIA, and MetLife. She is from the UK and lives in London. Maryan has previously spent five years living and working in Asia, in Japan, and then in Hong Kong as AIA's Group Chief Customer Officer. She followed this with three years in New York and has extensive international experience in Japan, Eastern Europe, UAE and LATAM.
Mike has spent nearly 25 years in consumer insight roles on both agency and client sides including nine years as owner / director of Honeycomb Research. He is skilled at qualitative and quantitative research, translating complex analysis into meaningful insight. Mike’s prior client list includes HSBC, Visa, RBS, AIA and MetLife. He lives in Worcestershire, England and is a member of the Market Research Society (MMRS) and the British Psychological Society (MBPsS).
